GREAT LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

Watch the ducks, herons, and hawks from the deck which is great for entertaining

This house is conveniently located in the desirable Southwest Allen County School Systems with easy access to the New Trails walking and bicycling paths.  I-69 is just 1/3 mile to the east, close enough for fast and easy access, yet far enough to not be annoying.

Shopping is close with Meijer, Menards, and Jefferson Pointe to the east, Covington Plaza to the south, and Kroger, Do It Best, and S&V Liquors to the west.  Also there are many restaurants in the area including Shigs In Pit, which is within very easy walking distance!

Healthcare options are very close by including: Lutheran Hospital less than 5 miles away and several Parkview clinics a very short distance away.

As the photo at the top shows, the view is very relaxing from the deck which is great for entertaining or even an afternoon nap.

WINDOWS, WINDOWS, WINDOWS

Have you ever seen a newly built house in a nice neighborhood that has a complete side or end with NO windows at all?!?  What were they trying to do, save $4,000 when they are spending $400,000+?  This kind of "planning" makes for a very unattractive house from the outside and dark and uninviting from the inside.

Needless to say, this house has plenty of energy efficient Andersen Windows on every side of the house.  So open up those windows and save on your Air Conditioning expense this summer.
